  • How can I use NW Point?

    NW point can be used like cash, so you are able to purchase products from our NW mall. You can covert NW Point into cash after a year if you want.

  • What should I do to exchange/return after receivin..

    If you wish to exchange or return your item due to faulty items, please email us at admin@nwmall.com.au then our customer service team helps you. However, it is hard to return your items in case you change your mind.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    Once you place an order, invoice will be issued and sent to your email automatically. Also, we enclose your invoice when we deliver it. If you don’t receive it, please contact us(admin@nwmall.com.au).

  • What will be the payment method after I place an o..

    Please select one of the payment options below for the final payment amount.

    Please fill in the order number in the Description field when sending.
    ex: If your order number is '20120212-0000028', fill '0000028' in the reference please.

    Option 3. NW PAY

    NW Point is the same currency that can be used in the same way as cash. After confirming your order, you can make payments more easily with NW Points for the items you purchased. (Please refer to the Notice for detailed information related to NW PAY and Point!)



  • How can I change my shipping address of the produc..

    It is possible to change your address if the status of your order is pending, on hold or processing. If you want to change your address please email to admin@nwmall.com.au with your name, ID and order number. Our NW Mall service team will kindly assist you.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    Currently delivery is available only in Sydney, free delivery applies to orders over $80 and $10 delivery fee to orders below $80.

    If you place an order other cities other than Sydney, our NW Mall Customer Center will contact you after measuring the weight of your purchase once you put everything you need into the cart and check out. Then, you can pay the amount of your purchased items plus shipping quote.


  • How long does the delivery take?

    Only in-stock items will be shipped on the same day if “payment confirmation” is completed by 10:30 am. Customers can receive the items ordered on the same day or the next business day. If payment is not confirmed, your delivery may take 2 to 3 business days after order.

  • What should I do if I forgot both my email address..

    If you have registered before, you can check whether your username or email exist on our system by trying registration. With your ID, you reset the password. You may contact Our Shinsegae service team(admin@nwmall.com.au).

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you click 'MODIFY' after logging in, you will see a form where you can edit your personal information. After entering the password, enter it again to confirm the password, and click the edit member information icon at the bottom to reset the password.
